FINRA launches Rule 605 Designated Participant Authorization Form

The new FINRA Gateway form enables members to obtain reporter IDs and provide hyperlinks to Rule 605 execution quality reports. Members selecting FINRA as Designated Participant must comply ahead of expanded Rule 605 obligations covering broker-dealers previously outside scope.
