FinCEN extends Huione Group NPRM comment period to August 2

The extension gives institutions additional time to respond to FinCEN's proposal expanding the Huione Group designation to successor entity H-Pay Service PLC. Firms with virtual asset, cross-border payments, or Cambodia exposure should use the window to assess counterparty exposure and prepare compliance uplifts.
